This recipe is designed especially for your bread machine and is a great way to use leftover kumara from the night before.

Ingredients

1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp water
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup mashed kumara
4 cups bread flour or high grade white flour
1/4 tsp each ground nutmeg and cinnamon
2 tbsp butter
1/3 cup dark brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp active dry yeast
2 tbsp dry milk

Method

Cooking Instructions

Using the bread makers white bread setting with a light crust add ingredients and cook according the manufacturer suggestions. Makes a 2 pound loaf.
