2 cups self raising flour, sifted1/4 cup skim milk powder
1/4 cup grated kumara
2 tbsp cheddar cheese
1/2 small red capsicum, finely diced
3 spring onions, chopped
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 cup diced ham off the bone
cracked pepper to taste
