6 kumara (2 of each variety- red, gold and orange-makes for a colourful medley)4-8 baby red or brown onions
6-10 cloves of garlic, peeled
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp runny honey
1 tbsp whole seed mustard
2 tbsp fresh rosemary
salt and pepper to season
