Ingredients
400g kumara250g zucchini (can be replaced with grated squash)
125g carrot
3 tbsp chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2-3 rashers bacon, cut finely
1 cup grated cheese
1 1/2 cups white flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp ground mace or substitute with nutmeg
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs, lightly beaten
salt and pepper
